In my opinion, the scientific field can seize the opportunity to occupy the forefront of technology, but in the economic field, the government documents are expensive once they are issued, which is like a command, and it is easy to cause all regions to rush into mass action. This year, big data will be carried out, and next year, artificial intelligence will be carried out, while the core parts problems, precision machining and other important short board problems that need to be paid close attention to frequently have been diluted

for enterprises, when carrying out intelligent transformation, they should consider the cost and demand, and should not blindly build the most advanced intelligent chemical plants and unmanned factories. When I was investigating, I saw that some enterprises that use low-cost digitalization have also created good economic value. According to their own needs, they consider the payback period of investment, appropriately introduce digital technology, solve some of their own problems, and finally achieved good results

In other words, intelligent manufacturing is mainly developed with the needs of enterprises

Because manufacturing processes, products, services, etc. all need intelligence, it may not exist in all links of the enterprise at the same time, but local applications are definitely needed

however, there are still many problems in the process of promoting intelligent manufacturing. The core components of promoting intelligent manufacturing, such as chips, sensors, servo motors and industrial software, are mostly imported. 70% of the components of intelligent manufacturing equipment come from abroad, which is very easy to be controlled by people. Most enterprises have not yet laid the three foundations of product quality, lean production and bottom automation digitization, so they rush to develop digital workshops and factories, and will certainly not achieve good results in the end

in this regard, I make some suggestions. First of all, the national macro policies should be changed, and the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of local governments for the development of manufacturing should be strengthened. Otherwise, a new term will rush into mass action, often resulting in redundant construction and low-level development; Secondly, we need to form a market environment conducive to the development of various types of enterprises, but by no means excessive intervention; Third, the country should put manufacturing in the primary position of economic development; Fourth, we should encourage innovation, allow the use of safe and reliable innovation failures, fully stimulate the innovation potential of enterprises and scientific and technological talents by the end of September, and pay attention to the protection of intellectual property rights; Finally, young people are unwilling to engage in manufacturing and hard work. In this case, governments at all levels should guide the training of talents
